Especially in times such as these, it is so important that we are able to know that a believer can speak to a situation to force it to line up with how it should be based on the Word of God. If the believer still thinks the way he or she used to think, then they continue to live with fear and anxiety, believing that the situation controls them instead of the situation being controlled by their declarations of God over the situation.
