As we are to be the city of light on top of the hill (Matthew 5:14), God waits for us to speak to others about Him, so that He can make His Appeal Through Us to His lost and precious Creation.

This week we teach on our responsibility as God’s kids to be Christ’s ambassadors. As 2 Corinthians 5:20 states: So we are Christ’s ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christ’s personal representatives] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor [now offered you] and be reconciled to God.

In this week’s program on your Identity in Christ, we teach on Galatians chapter 5, verse 1 (ESV):
— For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

How precious was, and is the blood of Christ, the perfect sacrifice for us, the undeserving human race. The finished works of our Lord include our release from being slaves to sin, sickness and disease and all works of the enemy (devil). How important is it now, then, to realize this Truth, and to believe and act free, and not to continue to be enslaved to the ways of our old father, the devil Satan.

Many place their need for comfort by resting on the unscriptural phrase ‘God is in Control’. However, this directly opposes the principle of man’s free-will that God never violates. Let us know the Truth and no longer pass on these lies to others in our sheer ignorance.

Today we are looking at just one example of God’s incredible love for us, from the very beginning of us. This, we will see was before we were formed in our Mother’s womb.
